Aftertaste Reward Club("Aftertaste", "we", "us", or "our") isa trading name of Hottest Deal Digital Marketing and Consulting Limited, acompany registered in England and Wales. Our platform is accessible at aftertaste.club.

By creating an account or usingthe Aftertaste platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right toupdate these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changesvia email or a notice on the platform. Material changes to your rights willrequire your active consent where required by law.
You must be at least 18 years ofage to register and use the Aftertaste platform. By registering, you confirmthat you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and tosuspend accounts where this condition is not met.
Free membership is available toall registered users at no charge. Free members are entitled to:
• One monthly bonus LuckySpin token, granted automatically each month
• One Lucky Spin token uponapproval of each eligible receipt upload following a dining visit at aparticipating restaurant
Free membership does not includecashback rewards, dining discounts, or percentage-based benefits.
Premium membership is available bysubscription at the current advertised rate, as displayed on the pricing pageat the time of subscription. Premium members are entitled to:
• All benefits available toFree members
• Access to exclusivebenefits at participating restaurants, which may include dining discounts,cashback rewards, or a combination of both, as determined by each restaurantand displayed on their profile page
The nature of benefits varies byrestaurant. Aftertaste does not guarantee that any specific benefit type willbe available at every participating restaurant. Subscription fees are chargedmonthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You maycancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at theend of the current billing period.
The Aftertaste platform operatesdifferently depending on your membership tier and how you visit a restaurant.The following outlines the two main journeys:
Premium members who make anadvance reservation through the Aftertaste platform may be eligible for diningdiscounts and/or cashback rewards at participating restaurants. The steps are:
• Make a reservation throughthe Aftertaste platform
• Dine at the participatingrestaurant during the booked time slot
• Present your Aftertastediscount voucher at the restaurant (see Section 6)
• Upload your receipt via theplatform after dining
• Submit a review uponrequest
• Your cashback claim isreviewed and, if approved, cashback is credited to your wallet
Any member (Free or Premium) whovisits a participating restaurant without an advance Aftertaste reservation maysubmit a receipt upload to earn a Lucky Spin token. Walk-in visits are noteligible for dining discounts or percentage-based cashback. Premium membersvisiting as a walk-in may be entitled to a flat cashback of £1.00, subject tosuccessful receipt upload verification. The steps are:
• Visit a participatingrestaurant
• Upload your receipt via theAftertaste platform after dining
• Submit a review uponrequest
• Upon approval, one LuckySpin token is credited to your account
Discount vouchers are available toPremium members who make an advance reservation through the Aftertasteplatform. To redeem a discount:
• Generate your Aftertastediscount voucher via the platform before or at the time of dining
• Present the voucher to therestaurant staff at the time of dining, before the bill is settled
• The restaurant may verifyyour eligibility by scanning the QR code displayed within the platform
Discount vouchers are subject tothe following conditions:
• Vouchers are time-limitedand single-use
• Vouchers must be presentedbefore the bill is settled — retrospective claims will not be accepted
• Expired or previously usedvouchers will not be accepted
• Discount amounts displayedon restaurant profile pages represent the maximum available benefit. Actualdiscounts may vary depending on the day, time, and availability of thereservation slot selected
• Discounts apply to eligiblefood and drink items only, as specified by each participating restaurant
Cashback is available to Premiummembers who make an advance reservation through the Aftertaste platform.Cashback is calculated on the eligible portion of the pre-VAT transactionvalue. The following items are excluded from cashback calculations unless otherwisespecified by the participating restaurant:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Service charges and tips
• Items outside the scope ofthe applicable offer
Cashback percentages and amountsare set by participating restaurants and are subject to change. The cashbackamount displayed on a restaurant profile page represents the maximum available.Actual cashback may vary depending on the reservation time slot selected.
All cashback claims are subject toreview and verification by Aftertaste. Claims may be:
• Approved in full
• Approved with an adjustedcashback amount, where the receipt contains ineligible items or the transactionvalue differs from what was expected
• Rejected
Aftertaste reserves the right toreject claims where:
• The receipt is illegible,altered, or does not match the dining session
• The transaction occurredoutside the eligible offer window
• The discount voucher wasnot properly presented or verified at the time of dining
• Fraudulent or duplicatesubmissions are detected
The cashback amount determined byAftertaste following verification shall be final.
Verified cashback is held in yourAftertaste wallet. You may request redemption once your balance reaches theminimum threshold as displayed on the Rewards page. This minimum thresholdapplies to all members, including Free members whose wallet balance has beenaccumulated through Lucky Spin prizes. Redemption is processed in the form ofgift vouchers or other methods as made available on the platform. Aftertastedoes not guarantee any specific redemption method and reserves the right toamend redemption options. Dining discounts are applied in-restaurant at thetime of dining and are not credited to your wallet.
All members may submit a receiptupload following a dining visit at a participating restaurant. A receipt uploadis separate from a cashback claim and is the mechanism by which members earnLucky Spin tokens. Receipt uploads do not entitle members to monetary cashbackrewards.
To submit a receipt upload, youmust:
• Have dined at aparticipating Aftertaste restaurant
• Upload a clear and legiblephotograph of your dining receipt via the platform within the requiredtimeframe
• Submit a verified reviewupon request
Receipt uploads are subject toverification and approval by Aftertaste. Upon approval, one Lucky Spin tokenwill be credited to your account. Aftertaste reserves the right to rejectreceipt uploads where the receipt is illegible, altered, duplicated, or doesnot correspond to a genuine dining transaction at a participating restaurant.
Note: Premium members who make an advance reservation shouldfollow the Cashback Claim process (Section 7) rather than a standalone receiptupload, in order to be eligible for cashback rewards.
Lucky Spin tokens may be earnedthrough the following means, which are entirely separate from cashback claims:
• Monthly bonus spin: onespin token is granted automatically to all members (Free and Premium) eachmonth
• Receipt upload reward: onespin token is granted upon approval of an eligible receipt upload submitted byany member following a dining visit at a participating restaurant
The following conditions apply toall Lucky Spin tokens and rewards:
• Spin tokens expire 30 daysfrom the date of issue and cannot be reinstated once expired
• Tokens are non-transferableand have no monetary value outside of the platform
• All spin prizes aredetermined server-side. The wheel displayed on the platform is illustrativeonly and does not affect the outcome
• Prizes awarded throughLucky Spin are credited to your wallet balance and are subject to the sameredemption conditions as cashback rewards, including the minimum redemptionthreshold as displayed on the Rewards page. This applies to all membersregardless of membership tier. Prizes available through Lucky Spin aredisplayed on the platform and are subject to change without notice.
• Spin prizes are final andnon-negotiable
By submitting a review on theAftertaste platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetuallicence to display, reproduce, and use that review for marketing, promotional,and operational purposes. You confirm that all reviews submitted are genuine,based on your own experience, and do not contain false, defamatory, ormisleading content. We reserve the right to moderate and remove reviews at ourdiscretion.
The list of participatingrestaurants is subject to change without notice. Aftertaste makes no guaranteeas to the continued participation of any particular restaurant. We are notresponsible for the quality, safety, or availability of food, service, or facilitiesprovided by any restaurant listed on the platform.
You must not:
• Submit false, fraudulent,or manipulated receipts or reviews
• Create multiple accounts tocircumvent limits or obtain rewards unfairly
• Attempt toreverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Share, sell, or transferyour account or rewards to another person
• Use the platform for anyunlawful purpose
Violation of these prohibitionsmay result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pendingrewards.
To the fullest extent permitted byapplicable law, Aftertaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, orconsequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but notlimited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity. Our totalaggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the totalsubscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b)£10.00.
These Terms and Conditions aregoverned by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Anydisputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
